Turnkey iGaming Platform Providers
Turnkey means your entity holds the operating license while the supplier provides the contracted technology and service scope. Platform, hosting, integrations, operations and support can be divided differently in each deal. The label does not establish player-data ownership, custody, price, launch speed or exit rights. We rank qualifying providers by the same overall editorial score and show the evidenced boundary in each review.

What to look for
Who holds the gaming license, and whether license help is bundled or charged separately
In a genuine turnkey setup, the customer operates under its own licence and the provider supplies the contracted technology and services. Licensing help can mean provider work, a separately contracted adviser, or only a referral. List the entity, filings, ownership checks, policies, certification, regulator responses and fees each party owns; the product label does not establish the scope, price or clock.
Revenue share and setup fee, on GGR or NGR, with the floor and term spelled out
One current BetConstruct schedule uses lower provider shares for its turnkey products than for its white-label products; it is not a market-wide rule. For every proposal, define GGR or NGR and deductions, setup, fixed and usage fees, minimums, tiers, term, pass-throughs and exit cost. Compare the same worked volume rather than the headline percentage.
Player data and account ownership, plus what you can export if you leave
Turnkey puts the operating licence in your entity, but that does not determine ownership of player accounts, transaction history, CRM data, domains, or merchant relationships. Name each asset in the contract and require a machine-readable export plus transition support on exit. Without those rights, changing platforms can remain difficult even when you are the regulator-facing operator.
Game aggregation: live studio coverage, and whose contracts the content sits on
Most turnkey platforms ship with an aggregator carrying thousands of titles, but the count matters less than which tier-1 studios (Pragmatic, Evolution, NetEnt) are actually live and certified for your target markets. Ask whether game deals are signed under your entity or the provider's. If they're the provider's, you inherit their commercial terms and can't renegotiate directly with studios.
Payments and cashier setup for your specific markets
A turnkey platform may integrate hundreds of payment methods globally, but the ones that matter are the PSPs and methods that work for your licensed jurisdiction and currencies. Some providers connect you to their own payment partners, while others let you bring your own merchant accounts. Confirm payout speed, settlement, and whether you control the PSP relationships. A platform locked to one payment partner limits both your margins and your fraud controls.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a turnkey casino cost to launch?
Most turnkey providers remain quote-only. BetConstruct is the current exception in our set, publishing product setup baselines from €10,000 for casino, poker, or virtual sports to €19,900 for sportsbook and €25,000 for multi-wallet sportsbook, plus product-specific shares. Those are module baselines, not an all-in operator launch. Add the licence, certification, content, payments, compliance, and customer acquisition before comparing proposals.
Turnkey vs white label casino: what's the actual difference?
With white label, a provider, affiliate or licensed partner supplies the operating-license wrapper. With genuine turnkey, the customer's entity holds the operating license. White label removes the customer's own licence application only when that wrapper already covers the target market; neither model establishes price or launch duration. Player data, payments, operating responsibility, fees and exit rights come from the exact entities and contract.
Do I need my own license for a turnkey casino?
Yes. A genuine turnkey setup means you hold the gaming license and the provider supplies the platform, so you're the licensed operator. That's the main thing separating it from white label, where you use a third-party license wrapper that may be held by the provider, an affiliate, or a licensed partner. Watch the marketing language, since some vendors advertise 'white label' that actually requires your own license, or 'turnkey' that uses another entity's license. Confirm the regulator-facing license holder in writing before signing.
How fast can a turnkey casino go live?
The platform and operating approval are separate clocks. Provider-specific implementation claims in our profiles vary by scope and are not an end-to-end SLA. Curaçao publishes two eight-week review phases after complete submissions, each extendable by up to four weeks; Anjouan publishes no fixed processing SLA. Put entity, licensing, certification, PSP acceptance, content, migration, configuration and operating readiness on one dated critical path.
Is turnkey cheaper than white label over time?
There is no universal winner. BetConstruct's current public schedule shows a higher provider share on its white-label products than on its turnkey products, but that is one provider's product structure, not a market rule. Compare setup, minimums, provider and content shares, licensing, people, payments, player-fund custody, data rights, and exit at the same volume and term. White label also leaves compliance duties with the licensed operator; it does not mean that compliance overhead disappears.
