Choose Kambi when sportsbook quality, trading, regulated reach and supplier transparency matter more than owning every vertical in one suite. Its PAM can now complete more of the stack, but live production depth and exact commercials remain diligence items, alongside whether revenue share still makes sense once your book reaches in-house scale.

Main risk: The model is the risk. Kambi powers other operators' books, and its largest clients have repeatedly built their own and left. DraftKings went in-house in 2021, Penn took its online book to its own platform, and Kindred, its biggest client by revenue, is migrating in-house by end-2026, so revenue concentration and client retention are the real watch items.
