iGaming Platform Managed Services Comparison

A managed-services label does not establish who runs the operation. This record separates daily platform, infrastructure, trading, financial, player, growth, data and compliance responsibilities across the full provider set.

Last updated August 20, 2026

Operational responsibility, not another score

Provider order follows the same holistic editorial score used across the site. The 11 domain statuses are not features, points or subscores. Each conclusion keeps its product and delivery boundary, and unresolved responsibility remains unresolved.

operating domains

116

82

198 responsibility decisions are shown. A software capability, integration, generic managed-services flag, white-label package or turnkey package never assigns daily ownership without a scoped operating conclusion.

Three different contracts

Responsibility status contract

Status describes operating ownership only within the displayed scope. It does not establish service quality, legal permission, commercial terms, staffing volume or an SLA.

Provider operated25 records
The supplier staffs or runs the stated day-to-day function within the named scope.
Operator retained17 records
The operator retains the stated day-to-day function; supplier tooling or advice does not transfer ownership.
Shared responsibility31 records
Supplier operations and operator control or legal accountability overlap in the stated scope.
Integrated partner6 records
A named or bounded specialist supplies the core operating layer; the provider integrates it.
Contract specific37 records
More than one operating model is available and the selected owner depends on product, market or contract.
Unresolved82 records
The current record does not establish who performs the day-to-day function.

Coverage by operating domain

Coverage measures whether daily responsibility can be allocated, not whether a provider has the underlying software. Weak domains stay in the matrix with literal unresolved states instead of borrowed conclusions.

Managed services FAQ

What counts as a managed service in this comparison?
A managed service transfers a defined day-to-day operating function to the supplier or a bounded specialist. Software access, hosting, implementation help, account management and technical support do not transfer operational ownership by themselves.
Does a general managed-services offer mean that the provider runs all 11 domains?
No. A general offer establishes only that a managed route exists. Each domain receives a status only when the record defines that operating scope or establishes a responsibility that stays with the operator.
Does white label or turnkey mean provider operated?
No. Those labels describe a delivery package, not a universal responsibility allocation. Player support, payments, compliance, CRM, content and acquisition can still sit with different parties in different contracts.
What is the difference between shared and contract specific?
Shared means the current scope establishes overlapping supplier and operator responsibilities. Contract specific means multiple operating routes exist and the selected owner cannot be fixed until the product, entity, market and service schedule are known.
What does integrated partner mean?
A separate specialist supplies the core operating layer while the platform provider connects it. Integration does not make the platform provider the day-to-day operator of that function.
Can a provider manage compliance while the operator remains legally responsible?
Yes. A supplier can staff verification, monitoring, reporting or licensing work, but regulatory and legal duties remain with the relevant licensed entities. Those records are marked shared when both facts are established.
Is provider order based on managed-service coverage?
No. Provider order follows the same holistic editorial score used throughout the site. Status counts, resolved fields and product scope are not converted into a managed-services score or subscore.
