iGaming Platform Providers for LatAm
Latin America is not one product or regulatory market. Brazil's federal regime has applied since January 2025, while Colombia, Peru, Mexico and other countries use different permissions, payments, taxes and product rules. We compare country-specific production, certification, local rails such as Pix, language, content and sportsbook scope—and distinguish live deployments from unresolved regional coverage.

Shortlist rule
What qualifies for this page
Included only when a named country-level deployment is established in at least one Latin American jurisdiction. Certification scope or product availability without a named live market does not qualify on its own, and the table states the scope directly rather than converting availability into a deployment.
Qualification in one country does not establish readiness elsewhere in Latin America. Permission, certification, PSP, language, tax reporting, content, sportsbook, and local operations must match the exact country and module.

What to look for
Brazil SPA compliance that's live, not promised
Brazil's federal regime (Law 14.790) requires bettor identity controls, monthly GGR reporting to the SPA, facial recognition, CPF checks and a .bet.br domain. Brazil readiness requires a named live .bet.br deployment and exact reporting controls, not a regional readiness label.
Native Pix handling, including refunds and settlement timing
Verify the Pix and local-PSP flow for the exact licensed operator, including the required bettor account-holder match, rejection handling, reconciliation, withdrawal clock, limits, and audit evidence. A generic payment-method logo does not establish a compliant Brazilian flow.
Multi-jurisdiction licensing and per-country payment coverage
Colombia (Coljuegos), Peru (MINCETUR), and Mexico (SEGOB) each have separate rules, tax handling, and local payment rails, like PSE in Colombia, Yape and Plin in Peru, and SPEI and OXXO in Mexico. A platform already running in several of these markets saves you re-integrating per country. Roadmap markets remain unresolved until the local integration is live in production.
Sportsbook depth for local sports and odds control
For a sportsbook-led brand, verify the named local competitions, live-market behavior, settlement, feed contracts, managed-trading responsibilities, and risk-control permissions. Owned and third-party products can expose different commercial and API boundaries, but the label alone does not determine control over odds, limits or margin.
Spanish and Portuguese product plus local support and hosting
Brazilian Portuguese differs from European Portuguese, and Spanish-language markets expect proper localization down to currency, date formats, and in-language support. Check that the back office, player-facing UI, and support are actually localized, not machine-translated, and that the provider can host or route in-region for latency and any data-residency expectations.
Frequently asked questions
What casino software can I run legally in Brazil's regulated market?
You need a platform that supports Brazil's federal licensing under Law 14.790: operating on a .bet.br domain, enforcing CPF-based identity and the player protection rules, and reporting GGR to the SPA (Secretariat of Prizes and Bets). The license is held by the operator, not the software vendor, so what you're buying is a platform that's already compliant and ideally already running for a licensed Brazilian operator. Ask any provider to show a live .bet.br client before signing.
Which iGaming platforms support Pix payments for a Brazilian casino?
A Brazil proposal should name the actual Pix integration and compliant local PSP, show how deposits and withdrawals are restricted to a registered bank or payment account held in the bettor's name, and demonstrate refunds and reconciliation. Verify the production workflow, withdrawal timing and failure handling; a generic Pix flag does not establish those controls.
What sportsbook software works for Latin America?
Start with the target countries and audience, then verify named competitions, live-market behavior, settlement, feed contracts, managed-trading responsibilities and operator risk-control permissions. Owned and third-party sportsbooks can expose different commercial and API scope; neither label establishes control over odds or limits. Confirm a live deployment and permission for each target country.
Can one platform cover Colombia, Peru, and Mexico, or do I need separate setups?
One platform can expose a shared back office across the three, but every country remains a separate entity, permission, tax, payment and certification scope. Colombia uses Coljuegos and PSE, Peru licenses through MINCETUR with rails such as Yape and Plin, and Mexico uses SEGOB permits with SPEI and OXXO among local methods. Verify each named integration and regulated deployment in production; shared software does not establish country readiness.
How much do LatAm iGaming platforms cost?
Current standard prices are not established for most providers in this shortlist. Ask for a country-by-country model separating setup, fixed or usage fees, revenue share, minimums, managed services, data feeds, certification, payments and local support. Compare the same brands, markets, volume, term and exit scope; a blended headline rate cannot show which local costs are included.
