White-Label Casino Providers

White-label means your brand uses a third-party license wrapper held by the provider, an affiliate, or a licensed partner instead of holding the operating license directly. It can remove a separate operator-license application from the initial path, but it does not establish launch speed, price, player-data access, payment ownership, or export rights; those remain entity-, market-, and contract-specific. These are the providers whose current profiles establish a white-label route, not merely a turnkey page. If you would rather hold your own license, see turnkey.

What to look for

Whose license you operate under, and which jurisdiction it covers

In white-label, the operator uses a third-party license wrapper held by the provider, an affiliate, or a licensed partner instead of holding the operating license directly. Your legal market access is whatever that license permits. If the regulator suspends the holder, or another brand under the same wrapper creates a compliance problem, your site can go down through no fault of your own.

Player data ownership and the exit clause

White-label contracts often restrict player-data ownership, access, portability, and payment relationships, but the exact split among the operator, provider, and licensed partner varies. Get export scope, notice period, and what happens to balances at termination in writing before you sign. These decide whether you're building an asset or renting traffic.

The real rev share and what's stacked on top of it

Only one provider in our set publishes comparable current white-label percentages: BetConstruct lists a 60% provider share for sportsbook, 30% for casino, and 20% for poker or virtual sports, versus lower turnkey shares. That is one product schedule, not a market average. For every deal, add payment, content, minimums, and licensing costs and compare the same worked GGR case.

How much of the brand and product you actually control

A white-label proposal may use a shared or templated stack, but the editable scope varies. Name who controls the domain, branding, bonus engine, payment providers, game mix, front end and back office. If the market plan needs local rails or custom bonusing, require the exact production capability and change process rather than inferring it from the delivery label.

Payments and cashier for your target geos

A white-label payment stack can be bundled through the provider or licensed partner, so the customer may inherit their PSP, merchant and rail boundary. Confirm the methods players use, the contracting and settlement entities, reserve and chargeback terms, and the process for adding a rail. A logo in the cashier does not establish acceptance for the exact brand or market.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a white label casino cost to launch?

There is no defensible universal number because almost every provider is quote-only. The one current public comparison in our set is BetConstruct: its provider share is 60% for white-label sportsbook, 30% for casino, and 20% for poker or virtual sports, with different turnkey setup and share terms. Treat that as one supplier's product schedule, not a market average, and price payments, content, minimums, licensing, and exit separately.

White label vs turnkey casino, what's the difference?

With white label, a provider, affiliate or licensed partner supplies the operating-license wrapper instead of the customer holding that permission directly. With genuine turnkey, the customer's entity holds the operating license and the vendor supplies managed technology. One current BetConstruct schedule uses higher white-label shares than its turnkey products, but that is not a market rule. Compare the legal entities, complete economics and written rights.

Who controls the player data in a white label casino?

The contract decides. Ownership, day-to-day access, export rights, KYC records, and payment relationships can be split among the operator, platform provider, and licensed partner. White-label rights are often restricted, so do not assume either side owns everything or that a usable export is included. Name the data set, export format, timing, and exit rights in the contract before launch.

How long does it take to launch a white label casino?

Our current provider conclusions span roughly one to twelve weeks for configured white-label software, depending on the supplier. That is not a universal end-to-end SLA. Due diligence on the licensed entity, domain approval, PSP acceptance, branding, KYC, content, and any market-specific certification can move the date. Ask for separate milestones for technical readiness, regulatory approval, payment onboarding, and first wager.
