What I do here
I build and maintain the provider dataset behind this site, investigate every vendor, and write the reviews. I use the same broad editorial framework for each provider, then make a whole-picture judgment that can include risks and insights no feature matrix captures. The goal is to resolve as many fields as possible through direct facts or responsible inference, not to repeat what a provider chose to disclose.
How I work
One model, applied the same way to everyone. No provider pays to appear, to rank higher, or to soften a review — see our Advertising Policy. When the facts change, the score can change. When I get something wrong, I reopen the investigation and correct our record. Material outcomes remain visible in the Editorial record.
