EveryMatrix Review: Platform, Pricing & Licensing

One of the market's deepest independent modular and full-stack suppliers for regulated operators and lotteries: strong PAM, casino aggregation, owned sportsbook and live dealer, payments orchestration, engagement, affiliate, retail and managed services. The trade-off is enterprise procurement, bespoke layered economics and demonstrated multi-year lock-in — not a provider-licensed white label or a low-commitment launch package.

Analyst take · company & viability

EveryMatrix is founder-controlled, not bootstrapped or wholly self-owned. A 2017 EUR 4.3m strategic round added minority investors, while a 2025 regulatory disclosure identifies founder vehicles holding the clear majority. The financial signal is excellent but company-reported: FY2024 reached EUR 181m net revenue and EUR 101m EBITDA; the latest numerical update is EUR 196.3m LTM net revenue and EUR 107m LTM EBITDA at Q1 2025, with no full FY2025 result published by July 2026. Compliance history needs precision: the 2019 suspension covered B2C betting/casino, not B2B software, and EveryMatrix then exited B2C. The GBP 29,237 FSB penalty was decided before the acquisition, although the renamed entity now sits in the group. This is a strong, increasingly institutional supplier, with better ownership evidence than most private peers but less financial and contract disclosure than a listed rival.

Vendor viability signals

Employee growth signal

growing

Client churn signal

lowLong renewals and expansions support a low public churn signal, but EveryMatrix discloses no independent client cohort and its references mix full stack, content, feeds, and individual modules.

Financial runway signal

StrongProfitable, cash-generative, founder-controlled, and operating above EUR 100m LTM EBITDA on the latest numerical disclosure.

Rd investment signal

Strong1,500+ employees, multiple engineering hubs, acquisitions, owned studios, live dealer investment, and continuous product expansion support a high R&D signal.

Key person dependency

mediumThe founders remain influential, but a co-CEO structure and named group/product leadership reduce single-person dependence.

Uptime track record

Trust & due diligence

Green flags

  • 18-year operating history
  • founder-controlled ownership identified in regulatory records
  • 400+ clients across 50+ markets
  • strong tier-1 and lottery references
  • EUR 107m LTM EBITDA
  • 45,000+ game aggregation
  • owned sportsbook, content and live dealer
  • current PCI, WLA, ISO and GLI credentials
  • current Curaçao B2B registration
  • public status page and real-time operator data access.

Ownership transparency

partialA 2025 Western Cape regulatory notice identifies Pimino Ltd at 61.74% of the parent, owned 85% by Ebbe Groes and 15% by Philip Groes, plus Stian Hornsletten's Hit The Post AS at 12.99%. Founder vehicles therefore account for 74.73%; the remaining 25.27% cap table is not fully public.

Financial stability

stableCompany-reported LTM net revenue of EUR 196.3m, LTM EBITDA of EUR 107m, 52% Q1 2025 margin, and 74% cash conversion indicate strong capacity; full FY2025 results and audited current filings were not reviewed.

Regulatory actions

finesEveryMatrix Software Limited's core UKGC account 39383 remains active with no recorded sanctions. Its September 2019 suspension affected B2C betting and casino only; B2B software supply was explicitly unaffected, and the group then exited B2C. FSB Technology (UK) Limited received a GBP 29,237 penalty on April 3, 2024 before EveryMatrix acquired it; the renamed legacy entity surrendered its betting-host and software permissions on June 16, 2026.

Security incidents

noneNo material platform security incident was identified in the full review. This is an inferred current conclusion, not a guarantee from a complete public incident register.

Litigation history

disputesPublic Malta judgments include EveryMatrix Software Limited v EGMIT Elite Limited, decided March 27, 2025, and a Tipbet receivables dispute. The EGMIT court awarded EUR 869,400 in remaining-term charges plus outstanding invoices and interest.

Verdict

EveryMatrix remains the strongest independent full-stack shortlist candidate in this dataset, but the right score is 8.8 rather than 9.0 because exceptional product depth does not erase contractual lock-in risk. Buy it only through an entity-mapped, SLA-backed and fully costed agreement with explicit certification scope, growth economics, data transition and exit protection.

Who it's for

  • Mature mid-market and enterprise operators, omnichannel groups and lotteries that need regulated-market depth, can run structured procurement and want either best-of-breed modules or a coordinated full stack.

Who should skip

  • Teams seeking a provider-licensed white label, public low-cost pricing, a short standardized commitment, native crypto custody/Web3 or a simple self-serve site builder.

How EveryMatrix compares

Against Playtech, EveryMatrix is usually the more modular and faster-moving independent stack; Playtech brings greater public-company disclosure, scale and legacy breadth. Against SOFTSWISS, EveryMatrix is materially stronger in lotteries, tier-1 regulated turnkey and North American permissions, but less crypto-native.

Analyst take · what you can really launch

The platform is truly modular: deploy individual APIs/products, a full turnkey stack, online/retail omnichannel, or local infrastructure for residency-heavy markets. Current scale claims include 99.98% uptime, 7,500 transactions per second at 60ms and 14+ data centers, backed by a public component status page. Those are useful operating signals, not a substitute for a contracted SLA. EveryMatrix has credible migration evidence, including millions of player accounts and seven-month public-sector delivery, but full replatforming is still an enterprise program rather than a quick-start package.

Analyst take · player experience

This is no longer only an API back end. Operators can use responsive/native-mobile options, sportsbook templates, bespoke Goma/EveryMatrix front ends, headless APIs and market-specific lobbies. EngageSuite connects loyalty, bonuses, challenges, tournaments, jackpots and mini-games, while Future Anthem adds real-time recommendations and bonus experiences. There is still no drag-and-drop self-serve builder, so differentiation is delivered through product/design teams and implementation work rather than a theme marketplace.

Analyst take · running & growing on it

The operating stack is unusually complete: PAM, payments orchestration, real-time Kafka data, no-code rules, BI, KYC/AML, responsible gambling, affiliate and agent tooling, Bonus Guardian and modular managed services. MoneyMatrix currently states 80+ payment providers, 300+ payment options, 100+ countries and 150+ currencies, but its MFSA financial-institution license ended in 2022; it is a gateway, not a bank, acquirer or universal merchant of record. The current PCI DSS 4.0.1 Service Provider Level 1 attestation runs to August 17, 2026, so card scope should be checked against that current certificate and the exact contracting entity rather than an old snapshot.

Analyst take · licensing & compliance

The supplier-license and assurance footprint is a material strength: current Curaçao B2B registration, PCI DSS 4.0.1 Service Provider Level 1, ISO 27001 and 20000-1, WLA-SCS:2024 Level 2 through June 2029, WLA responsible-gaming certification through September 2026 and product-level GLI evidence. Held permissions still need to be separated from jurisdiction-readiness tiles, and each certificate must be matched to the contracting entity and selected modules.

Most terms here are negotiated privately and quoted on request, which is normal for the industry and exactly what an operator should pin down in writing before signing.

Analyst take · the real cost & the catch

Expect a negotiated, predominantly revenue-share model plus module-specific minimums and operating fees. One litigated 2020 agreement disclosed EUR 6,400 monthly operations and, from month 19, EUR 17,500 minimums for CasinoEngine and Sportsbook — EUR 41,400 per month before compliance costs and revenue share — but that is a historical contract benchmark, not a current universal rate card. The group's 93% revenue-share mix is also not an operator's quoted percentage. Model every module, threshold and growth scenario from the actual commercial schedule.

Editorial & analyst notes

EveryMatrix is one of the strongest genuinely full-stack B2B platforms in the market. The breadth is real: scalable PAM and wallet infrastructure, an owned sportsbook and live dealer, 45,000+ games through 182+ direct vendor integrations spanning 355+ studios, payment orchestration, engagement, affiliate, retail, lottery and managed operations. Tier-1 references, current PCI and WLA credentials, a current Curaçao B2B license and strong company-reported profitability reduce execution risk. The commercial constraint is equally real: a disclosed operator agreement created an effective 48-month minimum, layered monthly minimums and remaining-term liability for operator breach, while standard pricing, SLAs and exit schedules remain private. We rate the whole proposition 8.8/10: still the strongest overall shortlist candidate in this dataset, but procurement must resolve entity scope, total cost, service credits, data transition and exit exposure before signature.

Strengths

  • Deep modular stack. Owned sportsbook, studios and live dealer. 45,000+ games. Tier-1 and lottery references. Current PCI, ISO and WLA credentials. Strong reported profitability. Real omnichannel and streaming-data infrastructure.

Trade-offs

  • Premium, bespoke and revenue-share heavy. Demonstrated long contract lock-in and early-exit exposure. No provider-licensed white label. Public API, standard SLA and exit detail is incomplete. PartnerMatrix economics lagged the core divisions in the latest numerical report.

Standout feature

The breadth of one modular stack without surrendering the option to buy only PAM, casino, sportsbook, aggregation, payments, engagement, affiliate, data, or managed services.

Biggest weakness

Commercial and contractual transparency. There is no public rate card, standard SLA or exit schedule, and disclosed litigation shows that at least one agreement combined a long effective minimum with layered fees and remaining-term liability.

Best use case

A multi-jurisdiction operator or lottery replacing legacy technology with a regulated, omnichannel, API-first stack while retaining modular product choice and full data access.

Ideal operator

A funded regulated operator or lottery with product, compliance and integration teams that values long-term scale more than a cheap launch shortcut.

Crypto

Crypto is an integrated payment-method option, not the platform thesis. PSPs handle assets/chains; EveryMatrix supplies the regulated PAM, KYC/AML and orchestration layer.

Support

The operational coverage is unusually broad and includes dedicated teams plus 24/7 product and player-support options. Contract the actual response, restoration, escalation and service-credit terms rather than relying on the headline.

Migration

The platform has credible large-migration evidence and exposes a live Kafka data stream, which supports practical data access. That does not prove complete outbound portability: require field-level export schemas, history and document coverage, extraction windows, transition services, fees, deletion evidence and post-termination access in the contract.

Dealbreakers

Provider-held B2C license required; fixed public pricing or short standardized terms required; native crypto custody or on-chain settlement required; unwillingness to negotiate minimums, liability, service credits, data transition and exit assistance line by line.

White label?

No — turnkey customers use their own operating license.

Is MoneyMatrix still a licensed financial institution?

No — its MFSA license ended in 2022; the current offer is payment gateway and orchestration.

Own sportsbook and content?

Yes — EveryMatrix Sports/OddsMatrix, three RNG studios and PlayMatrix live dealer.

Current casino scale?

45,000+ games through 182+ direct vendor integrations spanning 355+ studios.

Short standard contract?

None is public; one disclosed agreement had a 36-month start period, 12-month notice and earliest ordinary exit at month 48.
