Questions, corrections, or a provider we're missing? Here is how to reach us.
Last updated August 2026
We review each message. Response timing depends on the evidence and investigation needed; straightforward factual corrections are handled before broader requests.
Request a correction
Send the exact page URL, the field or statement you are challenging, the correction you propose, the evidence supporting it, and your name and role. We reopen the investigation rather than treating either our current wording or the request as automatically correct.
- Straightforward factual errors are corrected as soon as they can be verified; complex entity, licence, regulatory, or ownership questions may take longer.
- We update the current review first and add every material decision to the Editorial record.
- A score is reconsidered when the whole picture changes, never mechanically or simply because someone requested it.
Submit an official provider response
Providers may send a concise response of up to 500 words from a company email address. Agency and outside representatives must show that they are authorized to speak for the provider. The response must directly address the review and must not contain promotional copy, unlawful allegations, unnecessary personal data, or confidential material.
An accepted response is labeled as the provider's statement and published alongside, never instead of, our assessment. There is no fee. Reaching out does not change a score or position by itself. Read the complete process and published outcomes in the Editorial record.
What happens next
We classify the outcome as a correction, material update, clarification, or unchanged conclusion. If a challenged conclusion remains unchanged, we explain why and may publish the provider's position beside ours. Do not send confidential material unless we have first agreed how it will be handled; an unsolicited email does not by itself create a confidential relationship.
